These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of intentmkt (the "Platform"), operated by intentmkt. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform. You must register with accurate information and complete the required email and mobile verification.

2. What the Platform does

intentmkt monetises intent, records trust, and facilitates introductions between users. It is a venue only: the Platform does not participate in, supervise, guarantee, or take payment for any transaction, deal, service, or meeting between users. Any agreement you reach with another user is solely between you and that user.

3. Tokens

The Platform sells prepaid in-app credits called "Tokens." Tokens are used to unlock matches and conversations. Tokens are sold in the packages listed on our Products & Pricing page in Indian Rupees (INR). Tokens have no monetary value outside the Platform, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. All token purchases are final and non-refundable, as described in our Refunds & Cancellations policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including: impersonating others, posting unlawful or fraudulent listings or requests, harassing other users, attempting to bypass verification or the token system, or using the Platform for any illegal purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our safety rules.

5. Ratings & trust

Ratings submitted on the Platform are permanent and cannot be edited or deleted once submitted. Provide ratings honestly and in good faith.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. intentmkt is not responsible for the conduct of any user or the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any dealing between users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us for tokens in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
