This Privacy Policy explains how intentmkt ("we") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use intentmkt.

1. Information we collect

Account and profile data (name, email, mobile number, city, and approximate location), verification status, listings and requests you create, ratings, device information used for fraud prevention, and records of token purchases. Payment card/UPI details are collected and processed directly by the payment processor for your platform (Cashfree on the web; the app store's own billing in our mobile apps) — we do not store full payment instrument details on our servers.

2. How we use it

To operate the Platform — to create matches, enable verified communication, process token purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, calculate reputation, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us run the Platform — including Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting, messaging) and our payment processors (Cashfree on the web; app-store billing in our mobile apps) — strictly to provide those services. Limited profile information is shown to other users when you match with them. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Retention & security

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform and meet legal requirements. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. One-time verification codes are never stored in readable form.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Some data may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention.
